Mijana at The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi brings together the very best of both the old and new Lebanese culinary delights. This contemporary restaurant was a great way to showcase to my visitor some of the best of this region’s Arabic dishes.

The property of Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi is absolutely stunning. Situated right across from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, they offer their guests some of the best views of Abu Dhabi. We were able to find the Lebanese restaurant, Mijana, quickly and was seated outside on their terrace.

Think generous portions of food, international food stations, free flowing drinks and lively entertainment complete with workshops and kids area. On top of that, they include their perfect infinity pool access where you can watch the sunset amidst the best views of Abu Dhabi.

However, going to this Sake Tasting at SushiSan with a sake expert from African Eastern, I learned about this type of rice wine more than ever. In this class you will not only taste several different sakes but also get to know the distinct flavors and characteristics of each product.
