Hiccup Cafe, Fotouh Al Khair Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE 

This particular location of Hiccup Cafe is a hidden gem among the hustle and bustle of the Abu Dhabi city core. Its located in the mall beside the World Trade Center on the 1st floor of the Fotouh Al Khair Mall. As soon as you see the Marks and Spencers on the 1st floor (not ground level), delicious food is just steps away! Hiccup has several branches within the UAE, this one, is the largest one where it fits all occasions – whether it be a romantic candle lit dinner with your beau, family meal with kids, or just a cake-and-latte kind of night.

Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor, Nation Towers, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Khazana, Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor, Hong Kong, Brooklyn Shuffle, the Yellow Chilli, Sura Vie, Options by Sanjeev Kapoor, Gold Leaf Banquets, and Jimmy Hu, what do all of these restaurants have in common? They are all under the SK (Sanjeev Kapoor) brand! Sanjeev Kapoor is an amazingly talented and adored celebrity chef, TV personality, writer, entrepreneur and more! Think of him as the Gordon Ramsay of Asia. I wonder if they are friends :P. Mr. Kapoor has his own food channel and hosts the longest running TV show of it’s kind in Asia with over 500 million viewers!

I was lucky enough to be invited to sample the Royal Feast menu at Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor as part of the Food Run at Nation Towers. The Signature restaurant brand aims to offer customer’s a memorable and artistic fine-dining authentic Indian experience.
