26 live food stations. I BET you would not be able to try them all. We took to the challenge a few weeks ago and barely did we make it through 10 of them. Prioritize well your favorite items! And remember to leave room for the dazzling desserts too – expect to loads of edible gold, we ARE at the palace after-all.
The ambiance is just wonderful here. Tables are situated outside, the staff do try their best to ensure your are well shaded. Right by the pool or on the grass, they have ample space to seat even the largest parties. Their entertainment is top notch, a live band and the lead singer can really sing! She sang all the favorites and got the crowd dancing and prancing as the brunch went on (i think the drinks definitely played a part too).
As mentioned they have 26 stations. Way more than last year and they really got some really unique stations such as the avocado burger one right by the entrance. It was quite an impressive dish & also very delicious. Their Canadian lobsters were a hit all around. I have to admit I have indulged in over 3. They were perfectly boiled right, and tasted so fresh with just the right amount of savory. The staff spoils us too by giving us only the good parts – the oh so delicious tail and claw.
Other highlights include many different flavors of foie gras (all cooked right in front of you), fried seafood buckets (go for the soft shell crab!), pork station too!
Lastly we urge every guest to save a lot of room for dessert. Over 4 stations where you will NOT be able to resist. Starting with the cheesecakes, to doughnuts to a gold dessert station! You won’t believe how many gold macarons I’ve ate that day.
This brunch will sure to impress any guest and be an amazing day out to remember. I cant wait to be back to try out all the other stations.
